Welcome to RAW.AI ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our unfiltered artificial intelligence services, including our API, command-line interface, and any related software or documentation (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and representing that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

By accessing, registering for, or using the Services, you confirm that you:

• Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms
• Have the legal authority to accept these Terms
• Understand that RAW.AI provides unfiltered AI capabilities

Service Availability

We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time.

Unfiltered AI Notice

You may use our Services for lawful purposes, including but not limited to:

• Research and development
• Commercial applications
• Personal projects
• Academic studies
• Content generation
• Data analysis

You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Services complies with applicable laws and regulations.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Generate content that promotes illegal activities, hate speech, or harassment
• Create malware, viruses, or other harmful technologies
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Services

You retain ownership of any content you input into the Services ("Input"). Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own all outputs generated by the Services based on your Input ("Output").

License to RAW.AI

By using our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, modify, and analyze your Input and Output to provide, maintain, and improve our Services.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information.

Data Security

We implement security measures designed to protect your information. However, no system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Usage

We may use data from your use of the Services to train and improve our AI models. By using our Services, you consent to this usage.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past six months
• We are not responsible for Outputs generated by our Services

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through our website or via email.

Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
