To create a campaign, navigate to the Campaigns section from your dashboard and click on "Create New Campaign." Follow the step-by-step wizard to set up your campaign details, including objectives, target audience, budget, and campaign requirements. You can then publish your campaign for influencers to apply or directly invite specific influencers to participate.

InfluenceHub uses a secure escrow payment system. When you hire an influencer, the payment is held in escrow until the content is delivered and approved. Once approved, the payment is released to the influencer. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. All transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption.

You can track campaign performance in real-time through the Performance dashboard. We provide comprehensive analytics including reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, and ROI. You can also generate custom reports for specific time periods or metrics. For influencers using our tracking links, we automatically collect data from their posts across platforms.

InfluenceHub charges a 10% service fee for brands and a 5% fee for influencers on each successful campaign. Premium plan subscribers receive reduced fees. There are no hidden charges, and all fees are transparently displayed before finalizing any transaction. Volume discounts are available for enterprise clients.

You can change your subscription plan at any time by going to Settings > Billing & Plans. Select the plan that best suits your needs and follow the prompts to complete the change. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Pro-rated refunds are available for unused portions of premium plans.
