- Do not misrepresent your audience demographics or engagement statistics
- Be transparent about sponsored content and brand relationships as required by applicable laws and regulations
3.3 Transparent Business Practices
For brands, we require transparent business practices:
- Provide clear campaign briefs with accurate information about expectations, requirements, and compensation
- Honor agreements and commitments made to influencers
- Do not misrepresent products, services, or campaign results
- Be transparent about product claims and ensure they comply with applicable laws and regulations
4. Content Standards
All content shared on InfluenceHub must meet our content standards to ensure a safe, appropriate, and valuable experience for all users.
4.1 Prohibited Content
The following types of content are prohibited:
- Adult Content: Sexually explicit or pornographic material.
- Violence: Graphic depictions of violence, gore, or content that glorifies or promotes violence.
- Illegal Activities: Content that promotes, encourages, or facilitates illegal activities.
- Harmful or Dangerous Content: Content that encourages dangerous activities that may lead to physical harm or death.

- Financial Products and Services: Content promoting financial products or services must comply with applicable laws and regulations and not make misleading claims.
- Political Content: Content promoting political candidates, parties, or causes must comply with applicable laws and regulations and be clearly labeled as political content.

- Ensure content is relevant to your audience and the campaign objectives
